The POWERMASTER boiler has been manufactured in Mexico since 1949. Throughout the years, the latest technological advances have been integrated into our design to achieve optimal performance.
All our boiler shells have a heating surface of 5 ft²/H.P. We have enlarged our combustion chamber to assure a better and more efficient combustion with the best heat-fatigue (BTU hr/ft²) and flame liberation coefficients (BTU hr/fl³) obtaining a longer lifetime of the boiler shell.
All our boiler shells are manufactured according to the ASME Code, and are registered at The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors and supplied with the ASME stamp.
In our new boiler shells, the best burners from different manufacturers can be installed achieving efficiencies of 87 % at 100 % load. The Wet-Back design (A novel design excluding the refractory frame) is integrated into our boiler-shells in the 80 H.P. to 1200 H.P. range.
Our boiler shells have the following features:
- 3 Pass Wet Back design.
- Large diameter furnace, assuring complete combustion and maximum heat transfer.
- Full front tube sheet access provided by a single front door and two doors at the rear.
- Access to the rear fireside is available to the Wet-Back through a manhole opening.
- Design pressures: 15 PSIG, 150 PSIG, 200 PSIG and 250 PSIG.
- Structural steel skid.
- Corrugated furnace.
- Heavy steel lifting lugs for ease of handling.
Optional:
- Two inch insulation.
- Paint finish applied to the 22 gauge steel jacket.
- T430 Grade Stainless Steel Jacket.
Taking into consideration that most of the accessories that are normally installed on a boiler (burner, controls, valves) are made in U.S.A., we export only the boiler shell with the ASME stamp. We sell our boiler shells F.O.B. our plant in San Juan del Río, Querétaro. |
